ONLY USE THIS FORM FOR GROUP REGISTRATIONS THAT REQUIRE A SINGLE INVOICE.
Please note, if you are registering multiple attendees but are NOT attending yourself, you must tick the I am not attending tick box. The invoice will be sent to you.
If you are attending, you will be the first registered attendee and the invoice will be sent to you.
You will need to list the names and email addresses of all those in the group that you are booking for (up to 10 people at one table). If your guest names are not yet confirmed, you can enter their details as Guest 1, Guest 2, etc and use your email address. This information can be updated at a later date if not yet confirmed. Only the person making the booking will receive the invoice. That same person will receive email notification of all the guest bookings.
