- The 'Promoters' of this giveaway are the Australian Physiotherapy Association (ABN 89 004 265 150) and ASICS (ABN 59 003 091 389)
- The giveaway includes one (1) $500 voucher with a promo code which will be awarded to one (1) APASC25 registrant.
- The total prize pool is valued at a recommended retail price (RRP) of $500 inclusive of GST.
- To enter, participants must register for the APA Conference, APASC25, before 11:59 pm AEST on 11 August 2025. To maintain eligibility for the giveaway, registrations must not be cancelled; cancelling a registration forfeits the entry. Each registrant is entitled to only one (1) entry. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
- One (1) winner will be selected randomly and announced on the Australian Physiotherapy Association's Facebook page at 9:00 am on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. The winner will also be contacted via the email provided at registration to confirm their winning entry. By entering, winners consent to the Promoters posting their name and/or social media username on Facebook to announce the winners.
- The Prize (voucher) will be sent by the APA to the winner’s nominated email address as promptly as possible following the announcement.
- The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any remaining balance in cash. Should the selected prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoters reserve the right to offer a substitute of equal value.
- The prize can be redeemed when you purchase any full-priced item in one transaction on the ASICS website (online only) excludes gift cards, markdown and sale items. Minimum spend $110. The prize must be entered at checkout online for the discount to apply. Coupon expires on 31/12/25 at 11:59pm AEDT. Not in conjunction with any other offer.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances reasonably beyond the Promoters' control, they reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The decision of the Promoters is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In accordance with Australian privacy legislation, the Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities for this purpose. Providing this information is a condition of entry. The Promoter may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant, indefinitely unless otherwise advised. Entrants may request to opt-out, access, update, or correct their information by contacting the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
