Cancellation policy Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting and paying for registration are welcome to nominate a substitute. Any cancellation must be in writing to the National Office, attention to the Conference and Events Department. Cancellations prior to 22 September 2025 will incur an administration fee of $150 AUD. After that date, no refund will be given other than for ‘exceptional circumstances’. Please submit exceptional circumstances to events@australian.physio and allow minimum 2 weeks from Conference close for a response.
